Youth & Family Programs (NCYFP) has been providing a supportive, safe, and stable environment for foster families and foster children in Redding & Chico since 1984. We work with children ranging in age from infants to 21 years old who have been detained by Butte and Shasta County. We also offer Transitional Housing and the Independent Living Program for our youth in extended foster care.
