Through a wide range of supportive services, Youth & Family Programs assists foster youth from infancy through age 21 while providing essential guidance and resources to the foster families who care for them.

Serving communities throughout Butte County, Shasta County, and Tehama County, Youth & Family Programs works closely with county agencies, social workers, and caregivers to ensure children and young adults in foster care have the stability, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
